Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, is sent to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer that communication.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting system creates standard logs containing an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review this information in combined form to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic traffic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How We Use Information
These limited data help us run the site, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create personal profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Hurricane and Washington County offices, Utah agencies, court portals, library collections, and outside search tools. Information submitted after leaving this site is controlled by the destination’s policy. The same rule applies to sponsored search results, which an independent provider operates.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and technical vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic information already described. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Our Security Measures
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs are kept only for as long as the stated uses require. Since there are no user accounts, this service holds no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent personal details so we can remove them.
Your Privacy Choices
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act and other applicable laws may give qualifying consumers rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held by a covered business. Because we keep very little, a request generally involves checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Government records held by Hurricane City, Washington County, or Utah agencies remain outside our control; requests to correct, restrict, or remove those records must go to their custodian.
Changes to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the service after a revision is posted means you accept the updated terms.
